250 grams Pigs or Ox Liver
250 grams wholemeal Self Raising Flour
1 Tablespoon milk
Garlic to Taste
Whisk the liver, milk, egg and garlic, pour into flour and mix well, Pour into greased 8 x 5 baking tray and bake for 30 mins in a 190c oven or gas mark 5 for around 20 mins and leave to cool then cut into squares.
1 Beaten Egg
1 Cup plain flour
Garlic to taste
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough consistency, put into baking tray and bake in oven 180c or gas mark 5 for 20 mins leave to cool then cut into squares.
